Website terms

Quotes

Prices on this site are starting prices in Australian dollars for the scope described. A package price is not a promise that every business fits that package. GST, if it applies, is stated on the written quote. Nothing on this site is a contract until both sides agree a written scope.

Deposits and launch

We do not start project work without a deposit. Projects under $2,000 are 50% deposit and 50% before launch. Projects of $2,000 or more are 50% deposit, 25% after design approval and 25% before launch. E-commerce is 40% deposit, 30% after design approval and 30% before launch. The website is not launched or transferred until the final invoice is paid.

Scope and revisions

Every project has a written scope: pages, revision rounds, features, integrations, what you will supply, timeline, payment and launch requirements. Revision rounds are a set number. We do not sell unlimited revisions. Work outside the scope is $75 per hour unless a separate quote says otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You supply the logo, business information, contact details, photos, service or product information, and access to an existing site when we need it. The timeline does not run until that material is in.

Cancellation

A deposit reserves time and starts the work. If you cancel after work has started, completed work may be charged against the agreed scope. The final contract should spell out refunds. Do not treat this paragraph as that contract.

Ownership

Ownership of the finished site, licensing of third-party software, domain registration and access credentials belong in the customer agreement. You should receive appropriate access to the website and your business data.

Care plans

Monthly care is optional. Change allowances are use-it-or-lose-it within the month. Unused time does not roll over.
