Aetherra collects only what we need to answer a website enquiry and, if you become a customer, to do the work.
What the quote form collects
Name, business name, email, phone, current website, industry, project type, approximate budget, desired launch date and your message. If you arrived from a package link, we also record which package you clicked.
How it is used
To reply to you, prepare a quote, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell enquiry details.
Email delivery
When email delivery is configured, the enquiry is emailed to Aetherra. If it is not configured, the form says so and does not claim the message was sent. In that setup period the submission may still be written to the site’s private server logs so it is not discarded silently.
Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only when a measurement ID is set in the server environment. If it is not set, no analytics script is added. Search Console can be connected later by verifying the domain; that does not require a script on the page.
Hosting
This marketing site is served with the Aetherra application on Fly.io. Enquiry emails, when enabled, are sent through the email provider configured for that server.
Access and correction
You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry you sent. Use the contact form, or email aetherrawebdesigns@proton.me.
Cookies
The quote form does not set a marketing cookie. If Google Analytics is enabled later, Google may set cookies according to its own terms. We will update this page before turning that on.
